Dearest Yvonne. How I am going to miss you. You, like the Queen, have always been a constant in my life. Although we didn’t see each other so much in our later lives, we have always kept in touch. I have many treasured memories of our times together, even from a very early age when I worshipped the ground you walked on – you were so beautiful, kind, generous and lots of fun! I remember you lent me one of your beautiful cocktail dresses for a presentation dinner and dance I went to in my teens and I felt like a million dollars!. There will be very many people whose lives you have touched and who will miss you. You have been so positive and brave and a shining light in all of our lives, but at least you are now at peace and reunited with your Mum and Dad. I know you will always be with us, and we will meet again one day.
